Beautiful large classicism / Louis XVI chest of drawers, cherry veneer on softwood, southern Germany / border region around 1810, the band inlays are made of lemon and bog oak veneer, original brass fittings, a lock was replaced in the course of the restoration, the two upper ones are original.
The chest of drawers is ready to live in and has been polished with shellac, minor signs of wear consistent with age have been preserved.
