Lucien Boulnois (1887-1953) studied cello at the Paris Conservatory, taught at the Clermont-Ferrand Conservatory, where he also worked as an organist, passionate painter, brother of Joseph Boulnois, composer. Oil on canvas, the painting has been cleaned and given a new varnish, small restoration spots can be seen on the back, very good condition.
